About Me
Hi, my name is Kandy and I love creating art of all kinds! I have enjoyed being an artist since an early age. As a child I took private art lessons and through high school and college took many art classes. Life took me in other directions though, and I didn't pursue an art career until recently. I started painting murals in peoples homes soon after my daughter was born and that then led into the style I am painting today. Basically self taught, I have learned through the years many new mediums. Recently my interest has been in mixed media. This technique lets me express myself in many ways using all kinds of mediums and elements to create one of a kind pieces of art! I hope you enjoy looking around my site!
